Directions

The CEMR Alumni & Development Office is located on the third floor of the Mineral Resources Building on the Evansdale campus of WVU. If you have any questions about the directions described below, please contact the Alumni & Development Office.

Directions from Interstate 79

• Take Exit 155, Star City.
• At the traffic light at the bottom of the hill, turn right (South) on to US 19.
• Cross the Star City Bridge and go straight through the next two lights.
• At the next traffic signal, turn left onto Evansdale Dr. Go to the top of the hill and parking lot 41 will be located on your left.
• Pull into the lot and veer to the left. Park in visitor's parking, which is adjacent to the loading dock.

West Bound from Washington D.C.

• Take Exit 7, Pierpont Road.
• Turn West onto WV 857.
• At second traffic light, turn left (South) on US 119. You will drive up a steep hill; the Morgantown airport will be on your left.
• At the second light turn right onto WV 705.
• Continue on WV 705, following signs to the hospital and stadium.
• Go through 4 traffic lights.
• At the fifth stoplight, turn left (Dairy Mart will be on your right). Stay in the left lane.
• Go straight through two traffic lights; this is Patteson Drive.
• After passing second traffic signal, get in left lane; make a left onto Fine Arts Drive.
• Proceed to the top of the hill; make a left at the stop sign.
• Go to the top of the hill and parking lot 41 will be located on your left. Pull into the lot and veer to the left. Park in visitor's parking, which is adjacent to the loading dock.

Morgantown Municipal Airport

• Exit the airport. At the first light, turn left onto Rt. 119.
• At the second light turn right onto WV 705.
• Continue on WV 705, following signs to the hospital and stadium.
• Go through 4 traffic lights.
• At the fifth stoplight, turn left (Dairy Mart will be on your right). Stay in the left lane.
• Go straight through two traffic lights; this is Patteson Drive.
• After passing second traffic signal, get in left lane; make a left onto Fine Arts Drive.
• Proceed to the top of the hill; make a left at the stop sign.
• Go to the top of the hill and parking lot 41 will be located on your left. Pull into the lot and veer to the left. Park in visitor's parking, which is adjacent to the loading dock.

Note: You will be greeted at the door of the loading dock and escorted to the Dean's Office.
