  Born in Morgantown, Bob Bragg grew up in Ohio and Virginia. He graduated in 1980 with a BA from Virginia Tech and later earned an MA in Public Administration and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. Prior to coming to the College of Engineering and Mineral Resources, Bragg served 10 years as a development professional with Virginia Tech, Florida State University and East Carolina University. In addition, he worked in the telecommunications industry in sales and consulting for AT&T, Davox Corporation and EIS International. Bragg has been married since 1990 to the former Julia Galliher. They have one child, Molly Beth. Bragg is responsible for alumni relations, private fund raising and external affairs.

  Born in Dover, Delaware, Gina Buckhalter grew up in Washington, DC and Point Marion, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Albert Gallatin High School as an honors student. She joined West Virginia University immediately after graduation in 1977. She served as secretary to the Director of Personnel until 1978 when she joined the Department of Chemical Engineering. While her stay there was brief, Buckhalter has been in the Associate Dean's/Development Office/Dean's Office for 22 years where she serves as Operations Coordinator for the College.

  Susan earned a master's degree in journalism from WVU and has worked in college public relations at WVU and at Waynesburg College. Her areas of expertise and responsibility include coordinating internal and external communications — including the College's alumni magazine, media relations, e-news, and other communications functions — in addition to coordinating special events such as the College Distinguished Lecture Series and others. She joined the College staff in November 2005. Susan is married to Bill Case, the director of public information for WVU's Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center. The couple has three grown children and two grandsons.
