| Dr. Liang is working as Project Leader with the Constructed Facilities Center at West Virginia University. He joined this Department in 1999 with more than fifteen years of research and teaching experience in the field of Rheology and Polymer Processing at Chinese Academy of Sciences (Beijing, China) and University of Cambridge (U.K.). He received the Royal Society Visiting Fellowship twice (1992, 1998) and the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) Visiting Fellowship once (1999). Currently, Dr Liang is doing research on advanced fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composites and nanocomposites for structural applications with better durability and energy absorption. |
