Welcome to Constructed Facilities Center
On behalf of the Constructed Facilities Center (CFC) I would like to welcome you to our web site. The CFC is an established research Center within the College of Engineering and Mineral Resources at West Virginia University.

With its establishment in August, 1988, the Constructed Facilities Center, West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV, became the home of a unique research and development Center. The Center is unique for its ability to convert existing technology from a wide variety of sources to technologies having an immediate impact on the nation's constructed facilities. The Center's purpose is to foster and conduct research and development vital to the rehabilitation of our nation's constructed facilities.
We have about 35 graduate students, 3 undergraduate students, 20 tenure track faculty, research faculty/engineers/associate, and staff members.
This web page contains links to the research going on at CFC, members of CFC, newsletter, conference information, students and general
