Evaluations

After each work period, students most complete the Student Report and Assessment form and the Student Performance Assessment form.

The forms are in either Adobe Acrobat Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to View or Micorsoft Word Requires MS Word to View format. You will need the appropriate program to view them.
