Computer Science Student Receives Society of American Military Engineers Award

Joe Abel, a senior computer science major in our College, was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Society of American Military Engineers. Abel was recommended for the award by the WVU Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC), in which he has served as a student. Abel is a native of Flemington, New Jersey. After he graduates, he will enter the U.S. Army as a 2nd lieutenant.
