Graduate Requirements

Students who wish to enter a graduate program must submit a completed application and transcripts of all college work completed and must have a 3.0 GPA on all courses accepted for graduate credit. To be eligible to the Ph.D. program, a candidate should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from either an accredited program in engineering or a recognized international program in engineering. Candidates who hold a B.S. or M.S. degree in computer science, the physical sciences, or mathematics will be considered for admission.

Graduate Admission to an Engineering Department
To be elgible for admission to a designated M.S. degree program, a candidate must hold or expect to receive a corresponding designated Bachelor's degree in the same or allied field from either an ABET accredited program in engineerin or an internationally recognized program in engineering. Non-calculus based degrees are not sufficient qualifications for admission to any of the graduate programs by the College.
