Society of Women Engineers
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is the largest non-profit educational and service organization representing both student and
professional women in engineering and technical fields. In the WVU student section of SWE there are currently over 20 active members in the organization, with a growing number of new members each year. The organization organizes and participates in many events each year, including "Girl Scout Day," "8th Grade Engineering Day," "Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day," the engineering formal banquet, and other service activities.
